The challenge

For the presentation of the Autumn/Winter collection, our mission was to assist with the organisation of a fashion show event which captures Ania Kuczynska brand’s unique identity and guarantee favorable press throughout Polish fashion business.

 

The solution

The collection, inspired by a volcanic lava, was uniquely in black and navy blue tonalities, was supported by a message of elegance and simplicity across all event features. The iconic Bristol Hotel in Warsaw was the ideal backdrop, the scenography materials including the runway and media wall were black.

 

The outcome

Ania Kuczynska LAVA fashion show was captured by major fashion publishers including Elle and Lamode.info, as well as great reviews for the collection, the presentation of the collection was also positively received.

RESERVED KIDS
CZESIOCIUCH COLLECTION PRESENTATION

Creative concept, event production

The challenge

For the launch of a special collection Czesiociuch for Reserved Kids, designed by Polish singer and designer Czeslaw Mozil, we were commissioned to come up with a creative idea to stimulate public participation and media interest.

 

The solution

A collection designed for kids required a presentation in which kids could participate, we therefore designed an event at the Ujazdowski Castle in Central Warsaw full of attractions specially designed for 2-12 year olds that also included a presentation of the collection. We took care of the exhibition of the clothes, scenography, branding, activities, entertainment and celebrities. Event was covered by national media and visited by well known celebrities associated with parenthood including Karolina Malinowska, Omena Mensah.

 

The outcome

The project achieved very strong PR and media coverage for the brand as well as more than 80 happy kids. Czesiociuch for Reserved was one of the most successful collaborations for both us and the client.

CEEQA

Creative services, event production, business stimulation

The challenge

CEEQA is a prestigious event for business professionals in commercial real estate investment in Central and Eastern European organised in partnership with the Financial Times, Deloitte and other major international companies. Our challenge was to improve the production values and image of an existing event to make it as luxurious and creative as a lifestyle event but also interesting and appealing to senior business professionals – walking the tightrope “between the boardroom and the circus” – to help increase its appeal and audience.

 

The solution

Each year we collaborate with the owner in the creation, marketing and delivery of the CEEQA Gala, working closely with leading Polish suppliers on new ideas for event layout, entertainment, production and creative solutions within the event each year. We are responsible for everything from advertising and marketing materials, PR, invitations, design, production and logistics, as well as celebrities and entertainment.

 

The outcome

Since commencing the partnership in 2013 we have assisted in establishing the CEEQA Gala as one of the most successful annual business events in Central & Eastern Europe and one of the most prestigious real estate business events in Europe. The audience for the event has increased during this period by over 50% from under 500 guests to more than 750 guests, and the event has established a strong international reputation for creativity and enjoyment as well as first class hospitality and business value.

MOHITO GOLD LABEL

Creative services, event co-production

The challenge

The task was to create an interesting event concept for the launch of the Mohito Gold Label Collection, a premium series of clothing released by the well known high street brand.

 

The solution

The main scenography element was an installation of gold balloons and gold cubes, providing the perfect backdrop to showcase the collection.

 

The outcome

The Mohito Gold Label brand benefited from a striking, high profile launch that received wide and positive press. All the significant fashion publishers wrote about the event, which attracted a large number of celebrities admiring collection.

RESERVED FASHION SHOW

The challenge

To create a memorable fashion show to bring out the fashion factor of Reserved brand.

 

The solution

The event was organised in a hip, post-industrial space in the fashionable Praga district of Warsaw, SOHO Factory. An unusual two-floor runway was built from layered scaffolding to provide great footage for live streaming onto big screens dominating the room and the event culminated in a live show by cutting edge pop star Oh Land.

 

The outcome

The event was highly anticipated and visited by major fashion journalists, stylists and celebrities, and achieved wide media coverage for the brand.

Reserved Fashion show Berlin

Talent bookings

The challenge

One of the largest fashion retailers in Europe’s introduction to the German market was launched with a fashion show during the Berlin Fashion Week. The client approached us with the task of creating visual identity for the catwalk.

 

The solution

Research of the latest fashion trends combined with a detailed study of all the looks displayed in the show coupled with cooperation with hand-picked top stylists, models, hair and make up artists, in order to develop the visual concept for all the models’ looks to create an eye-catching, cutting edge show consistent with the brand.

 

The outcome

Reserved’s fashion show was one the most remembered events of Berlin Fashion Week across a range of industry and news media in Germany. The introduction of the brand to the German market was successful from both the marketing and image development point of view.
