The challenge

Young Polish designer Magda Butrym approached us with the challenge of designing a coherent, long term development plan to successfully introduce her brand to the global market and build the business.The challenge was to find a coherent, multidimensional strategy and positioning, both essentially and visually, which would introduce the brand to the global market and ultimately guarantee increase of sales and awareness of the brand internationally.

 

The solution

A highly selective influencer and celebrity endorsement strategy, combined with a strategy to simplify and cohere the visual identity of the brand across all communication platforms that was distinctive and personal, reflecting the elegance and simplicity of the client’s design values and anchored in the brand’s seasonal Lookbooks showcasing the client’s collections. Each element of the project was the result of close co-operation with hand-selected innovative artists and suppliers from around the world to ensure freshness and consistency across all seasons. This was coupled with an innovative event-based solution that by-passed the standard fashion show in favour of more direct contact with celebrities, influencers and buyers at international Fashion Week events to drive sales potential and maximise the visibility of the brand, undertaking all aspects of delivery including invitations, space arrangement, media relations & influencers, catering etc.

 

The outcome

Thanks to our international contact network and consistency in building relations with the most respected influencers and operators in the fashion business, pieces from Magda Butrym collections appeared during major events worn by numerous top celebrities including Alessandra Ambrosio, Kim Kardashian, Heidi Klum and Ellie Goulding. The brand is growing each season gaining positive press internationally from CR Fashion Book, Vogue Russia, Vogue UK, WWD among others. The showroom is one of the key reasons Magda Butrym’s point of sale outlets have increased from one to more than 40 in just 24 months.

RESERVED CREATIVE MAILING

Creative services, branded materials production, influencer outreach strategy

The challenge

We were commissioned to create a gift set for Poland’s top influencers as a mean of promoting the Reserved fall collection. The goal was to catch their attention and to have it reflected in their social media feeds.

 

The solution

As the influencers keep up with the freshest trends, we decided to come up with a gift set that would be unique and high-end at the same time. Focusing on a selected group of bloggers, stylists and celebrities, we prepared personalized “Autumn essential kits” that consisted of Reserved accessories as well as designer goodies. Special attention was paid to the packaging so that the entire kit was Instagram-friendly.

  

The outcome

The fall collection, as well as lookbook pictures associated with it, gained social media presence. The brand became recognized by followers as trend-setting and relevant.

 

 

MOHITO X ANJA RUBIK

PR services, branded materials production

The challenge

Our task was to come up with an idea of a multi-platform marketing campaign to accompany the launch of the Anja Rubik X Mohito collection, a special line of clothing designed exclusively by the iconic model.

 

The solution

As the activation had to be visible across different media platforms, both online and offline, the campaign centred around a range of physical objects that were cool and distinctive enough to be presented and attract attention in social media and also offline materials. A series of branded T-shirts were distributed to Polish influencers who not only wore them, but also published them on their social media platforms with a branded hashtag.

 

The outcome

The activation resulted in numerous publications in offline media as well as branded hashtag displays in social media. The Anja Rubik X Mohito collection benefited from a high profile launch and highly positive press from major Polish fashion publishers.

#ReservedForFestival

Creative services and influencer outreach strategy

The challenge

The goal of the #ReservedForFestival PR action was to promote a festival-themed collection of the high street brand in the month preceding the festival season. Our plan was to convince the brand’s target audience that festival-themed fashion can be a part of urban lifestyle.

 

The solution

The idea was to create video content that would capture the essence of summer fun and link this mood back to the brand. We cooperated with female influencers who were known festival regulars. the resulting video served as a “festival survival guide” conducted by a “girl gang” with footage shot by the girls at Coachella mixed with shots of fun times on the streets of Warsaw. 

 

The outcome

The content, tagged under #ReservedForFestival, reached followers within the target group of the campaign. The collection gained recognition “as approved” by famous festival-goers.

 

ania kuczynska lava fashion show

The challenge

For the presentation of the Autumn/Winter collection we were commissioned to produce gift boxes which would become a memorable companion capturing the LAVA fashion show unique creative concept.

 

The solution

With the collection inspired by volcanic lava employing themes of simplicity and black, creating a pyramid gift box containing black soap made of a volcanic lava was a great fit. To add a luxurious finishing touch the gift boxes were packaged in a stylish gold foil which made them stand out against the scenography of the fashion show.

 

The outcome

The fashion show was packed with celebrities, internet influencers and publishers satisfied both with the show and with their gift boxes. The show was captured by major publishers and received extensive, highly positive reviews.

Reserved Workshop

Social media activity and PR

The challenge

Delivery of the collection’s online campaign to augment engagement with the brand’s communication across social media channels as well as to promote the SS 16 collection.

 

The solution

Working with top class photographer Marcin Tyszka, who also shot the SS 16 campaign, was a natural link with an ATL campaign also providing wide reach in social media. We launched a unique digital incentive with a chance to meet Marcin during special photo workshops organised at the Reserved head office in Pruszcz Gdanski.

 

The outcome

Reserved benefited from an increase by thousands in its fan base, as well as higher engagement on its social media platforms. The campaign was widely and positively reviewed by consumers and was featured in Glamour magazine.

Warsaw Creatives Christmas Mailing

The challenge

Christmas cards. We all send them, we all receive them. Sometimes we’re flooded with them. How do you make something unique, something simple but out of the ordinary, something that will spark a smile and stay in someone’s memory?… at least until the new year. 

 

The solution

We created specially designed handmade envelopes that, once opened, shot out hundreds of little golden stars, transporting the recipient into a momentary feeling that we are indeed “all made of stars”.

 

 

The outcome

Almost all of the recipients reacted super positively from the array of pictures on social media, many of them leaving the stars uncleaned as a decoration and posting further pictures the resulting stars cape. 

T MOBILE FASHION

Creative consulting

The challenge

A telecom brand such as T Mobile isn’t necessarily associated with fashion business but can benefit from association with style and beauty. The brand wished to develop a new project related to fashion and we were challenged with creating a visual identity to drive favourable PR from the outset of the project.

 

The solution

In depth analysis of the brand’s strategy and positioning underpinning the task of developing a campaign outline, followed by extensive market research in order to involve suitable names from the fashion business who can become “heroes” of the project, and finally a dedicated photo shoot featuring designers’ collections to be placed in a major lifestyle magazine in Poland.

 

The outcome

T Mobile Fashion benefited from a striking, high profile launch and positive press which resulted in strong engagement in the project and anticipation of future phases of the project.
