For our client Magda Butrym we’re providing PR services and ongoing strategy consulting including creative services (lookbooks, invitations, brand identity, etc.) collaborations with artists, business brand venues and showroom organisation at Paris Fashion Week. As a result of our highly selective approach to VIP endorsement Magda Butrym collections are worn frequently by numerous top celebrities including Alessandra Ambrosio, Kim Kardashian, Heidi Klum and Kendall Jenner among others.The brand is growing each season gaining positive press internationally from CR Fashion Book, Vogue Russia, Vogue UK, WWD among others. Magda Butrym’s point of sale outlets have increased from one to more than 100 in just 7 seasons.


Influencer marketing

Yves Saint Laurent Beauty approached us with a challenge, and with a challenge we responded. In the spirit of Christmas gifts we produced and developed two Youtube videos, in which two famous polish bloggers Jessica Mercedes and Ciocia Lifestyle created dramatically different looks using the same YSL products. First for a classic Christmas party and the other one for an elegant New Year’s Eve party. We’ve collaborated on this project with Sephora Polska, and together with the girls we’ve prepared a surprise for their fans – a promotional code to use in Sephora stores for YSL beauty products. The overall effect of fun, entertaining videos resulted in 155 000 views in it’s first week.


PR&Social Media services, influencer outreach strategy, creative mailing

For our client YOPE (cruelty-free, organic products) we are responsible for various creative services such as: social media planning, online advertising, product placement, creative mailing, product launches strategies, events, digital promotion and brand awareness. With our help the brand established a strong position in traditional (press and online) and social media, with Instagram page observed by 22,800 followers and still increasing. Influencers were happy to collaborate with us through various actions, which resulted in a better visibility of YOPE products on the Internet. The brand was featured in almost every important beauty and design magazine and won many awards such as: Twój Styl DOSKONAŁOŚĆ ROKU 2017 – category: shower gels and soaps, INSTYLE BEST BEAUTY BUYS 2017, category: natural cosmetics (ginger and sandalwood soap), MUST HAVE SELECTED BY ŁÓDŹ DESIGN FESTIVAL: TGA soap, GLAMOUR GLAMMIES 2017.

4F – one of the biggest sports company in Poland, approached us with a request to design invitations and goodie bags for their fashion show organised with the Polish Olympic Committee to showcase their official outfits for the 2018 Winter Olympics. We came up with 3D invitations, that were an extension of 4F’s ‘Innovation Cube’ idea including visual references to fashion show venue. The invitations created buzz in social media before the show and emphasized the key brand message – innovation.


Influencer marketing

Our task was to create buzz for YSL Beauty new Ombre lipstick line and special workshops at Sephora stores. We came up with an idea of YouTube video campaign ,,How to wear lipstick this fall” in collaboration with top Polish fashion blogger Jessica Mercedes. The campaign produced 41 000 views in first week.

In 2017 we celebrated a very special day – our 5th birthday. On this occasion we organized a big party, filled with gold and glitter. We prepared hand calligraphed, embossed with mirror-gold foil and hot stamping cards, locked in a see through jewel case, covered with gold confetti. We were happy to see how much enjoyment was brought by this little gift through Instagram reposts and messages.

We love to celebrate with our clients, and for that reason, we’ve created a special birthday card which is sent to them on their birthdays and important days. For this challenge we partnered up with a well-known Polish artist – Magda Łapińska. As we are based in Warsaw, we wanted the card to remind recipients about beautiful surroundings of this city and to let them know how much we care for them.

The Victoria’s Secret gift set was prepared to create buzz and invite the it-crowd to the brand’s first Polish store opening. The customised packs were distributed among top influencers and journalists to gain social media presence,Instagram in particular. The mailing provided extensive Instagram recognition for both Victoria’s Secret and the event – 4 000 000 views.

We created a gift set for Poland’s top influencers as a mean of promoting the Reserved fall collection. As the influencers keep up with the freshest trends, we decided to come up with a gift set that would be unique and high-end at the same time. Focusing on a selected group of bloggers, stylists and celebrities, we prepared personalized “Autumn essential kits” that consisted of Reserved accessories as well as designer goodies. Special attention was paid to the packaging so that the entire kit was Instagram-friendly.

Our task was to come up with an idea of a multi-platform marketing campaign to accompany the launch of the Anja Rubik X Mohito collection, a special line of clothing designed exclusively by the iconic model. A series of branded T-shirts were distributed to Polish influencers who not only wore them, but also published them on their social media platforms with a branded hashtag. The Anja Rubik X Mohito collection benefited from a high profile launch and highly positive press from major Polish fashion publishers.

The goal of the #ReservedForFestival PR action was to promote a festival-themed collection of the high street brand in the month preceding the festival season. The idea was to create video content that would capture the essence of summer fun and link this mood back to the brand. We cooperated with female influencers who were known festival regulars. The content, tagged under #ReservedForFestival, reached followers within the target group of the campaign. The collection gained recognition “as approved” by famous festival-goers.

For the presentation of the Autumn/Winter collection created by one of the most famous polish fashion designers – Ania Kuczyńska, we were commissioned to produce gift boxes which would become a memorable companion capturing the LAVA fashion show unique creative concept. With the collection inspired by volcanic lava employing themes of simplicity and black, creating a pyramid gift box containing black soap made of a volcanic lava was a great fit. To add a luxurious finishing touch the gift boxes were packaged in a stylish gold foil which made them stand out against the scenography of the fashion show.

For our Christmas Cards we always try to do something unexpected, simple and beautiful. We’ve created specially designed handmade envelopes that, once opened, shot out hundreds of little golden stars, transporting the recipient into a momentary feeling that we are indeed “all made of stars”. Almost all of the recipients reacted super positively from the array of pictures on social media, many of them leaving the stars uncleaned as a decoration and posting further pictures the resulting stars cape.

A telecom brand such as T Mobile isn’t necessarily associated with fashion business but can benefit from association with style and beauty. The brand wished to develop a new project related to fashion and we were challenged with creating a visual identity to drive favourable PR from the outset of the project.In depth analysis of the brand’s strategy and positioning underpinning the task of developing a campaign outline, followed by extensive market research in order to involve suitable names from the fashion business who can become “heroes” of the project, and finally a dedicated photo shoot featuring designers’ collections to be placed in a major lifestyle magazine in Poland.T Mobile Fashion benefited from a striking, high profile launch and positive press which resulted in strong engagement in the project and anticipation of it’s future phases.
