Young Polish designer Magda Butrym approached us with the challenge of designing a coherent, long term development plan to successfully introduce her brand to the global market and build the business.The challenge was to find a coherent, multidimensional strategy and positioning, both essentially and visually, which would introduce the brand to the global market and ultimately guarantee increase of sales and awareness of the brand internationally.
A highly selective influencer and celebrity endorsement strategy, combined with a strategy to simplify and cohere the visual identity of the brand across all communication platforms that was distinctive and personal, reflecting the elegance and simplicity of the client’s design values and anchored in the brand’s seasonal Lookbooks showcasing the client’s collections. Each element of the project was the result of close co-operation with hand-selected innovative artists and suppliers from around the world to ensure freshness and consistency across all seasons. This was coupled with an innovative event-based solution that by-passed the standard fashion show in favour of more direct contact with celebrities, influencers and buyers at international Fashion Week events to drive sales potential and maximise the visibility of the brand, undertaking all aspects of delivery including invitations, space arrangement, media relations & influencers, catering etc.
Thanks to our international contact network and consistency in building relations with the most respected influencers and operators in the fashion business, pieces from Magda Butrym collections appeared during major events worn by numerous top celebrities including Alessandra Ambrosio, Kim Kardashian, Heidi Klum and Ellie Goulding. The brand is growing each season gaining positive press internationally from CR Fashion Book, Vogue Russia, Vogue UK, WWD among others. The showroom is one of the key reasons Magda Butrym’s point of sale outlets have increased from one to more than 40 in just 24 months.
