Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an advertising agency in a similar role (if applying for a senior position – at least 5 years)
• A portfolio showcasing outstanding projects (creative awards are a plus)
• A strong sense of aesthetics
• Strategic thinking skills
• A deep understanding of language, storytelling, and brand tone of voice
• Enthusiasm for generating ideas and finding solutions beyond copywriting
• Openness to people and the ever-changing world
• Awareness of trends beyond just social media and the ability to integrate them into creative ideas and client recommendations

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing creative campaign ideas (360°) and scripts
• Creating and refining brand tone of voice
• Being present on set during productions
• Leading your own projects with team support
• Presenting ideas to clients, preparing presentations, and overseeing projects
• Collaborating with the creative director, strategist, designer, art director, and other departments (Production, Event, Communication)
