ELEVENLABS

For ElevenLabs, we created Polish Dynamism Day and were responsible for both the creative concept and the end-to-end execution of the event. From set design to guest experience, we brought the world of AI together with Polish design, art and culture. This gave the event a character that went beyond a typical tech conference.

OUR OPINION

Working with a brand that sets such ambitious standards is a privilege. Our goal was not only to create an event, but to craft an experience worthy of ElevenLabs’ global vision, combining cutting-edge AI with exceptional design, culture, and Polish heritage.

SUMMARY

On June 2, we delivered Polish Dynamism Day, an exclusive business event held as part of the ElevenLabs Warsaw Summit. The summit was organized by ElevenLabs, one of the fastest-growing and most recognized AI companies in the world. The event was a platform to showcase Poland’s potential as a birthplace of breakthrough technological innovation and to highlight its economic success over recent decades.

We were responsible for the end-to-end production of an event for a carefully selected group of key business partners and investors. Around 100 people attended, including top executives from Poland’s largest companies, business owners, technology leaders and representatives of international investment funds. The intimate format encouraged relationship-building and high-level conversations.

The main business goal was to strengthen ElevenLabs’ position with its most important market partners and to bring in new clients and business opportunities. The program was designed to give business leaders, investors, public administration representatives and the tech community space to share their experience. It also showed the practical impact of artificial intelligence on the growth of modern organizations.

The caliber of the invited guests also set the event apart. Lech Wałęsa, former President of Poland and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, opened the event. The program also featured conversations with leading figures from Polish business and the tech sector. Among them were Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost; Dariusz Mioduski, owner of Legia Warsaw; and Jennifer Li, partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Andreessen Horowitz is one of the world’s largest venture capital firms and has invested in ElevenLabs as well as many of the world’s most important startups. Representatives of the public sector and the startup community also took part.

The event showed how tech brand communication can be combined with top-tier business networking. With a carefully curated audience, a substantive program and an exclusive format, Polish Dynamism Day became a platform for building strategic relationships and discussing the future of technology, business and innovation in Poland and the wider region.

The day ended with an evening event for a wider group of guests, including well-known figures from culture and show business.
